Shipping Policy

Welcome to KasaCozinha (kasacozinha.lol). Our top priority is ensuring that your kitchen utensils and digital guides reach you safely, quickly, and transparently. Below, we outline how our shipping and delivery processes work across Portugal.

1. Shipping Scope and Destinations

Currently, we ship physical products exclusively to Mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira). Our digital products (such as e-books and courses) are delivered instantly via electronic mail with no geographic restrictions.

2. Processing and Fulfillment Times

Physical Products: After payment confirmation, orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Digital Products: Access to digital content is delivered automatically to the email address used at checkout immediately following payment approval.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched from our warehouses:

Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days.
Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 10 business days.

Note: The indicated timeframes are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may experience minor variations during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, product dimensions, and the destination address. The exact shipping fee will be transparently displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your physical order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your order's journey in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Deliveries are carried out by partner courier services to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If an order is returned due to failed delivery resulting from an incorrect address or repeated absence, the re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
